In the tradition of the meeting, all participants need to pay to register, including speakers (except plenaries). We aim to partially reimburse speakers after the event depending on the sponsorship raised.

Conference registration includes all the science sessions at the Oxford Maths Institute, a Sunday night opening reception with supper at the Oxford Museum of Natural History, lunches Monday through Wednesday, refreshment breaks, drinks with poster sessions and a concluding banquet in the traditional setting of the old Hall at Somerville College, Oxford.

(Please note, we have limited capacity for the banquet dinner – please ensure you register promptly and add this item to your booking if you will require a ticket).

  • Regular delegate, advance rate:
    GBP £440 (Rate increases from January 16th to £550)
  • Student delegate, advance rate:
    GBP £230 (Rate increases from January 16th to £305)
  • Accompanying Guest (No access to scientific sessions):
    GBP £220
