In the tradition of the meeting, all participants need to pay to register, including speakers (except plenaries). We aim to partially reimburse speakers after the event depending on the sponsorship raised.
Meeting fees are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.
Conference registration includes all the science sessions at the Oxford Maths Institute, a Sunday night opening reception with supper at the Oxford Museum of Natural History, lunches Monday through Wednesday, refreshment breaks, drinks with poster sessions and a concluding banquet in the traditional setting of the old Hall at Somerville College, Oxford (a ticketed event – limited capacity).
*Update January 2018 – Please note, the concluding dinner is a ticketed event, for which we have limited capacity. The dinner is now fully booked, but please let us know if you would like to be put on the waiting list.
The Registration deadline for reduced Early Bird Rates has now passed, but you can register from now until March 11th at the following rates:
- Regular delegate, GBP £550
- Student delegate, GBP £305
- Accompanying Guest (No access to scientific sessions):
