Exhibitors and Sponsors

Active participation and sponsorship of the Monitoring Molecules in Neuroscience meeting by companies and publishers has been part of the meeting since the first meeting in Nottingham, UK in 1982. This conference provides a platform to facilitate the development and refinement of methods for the detection of neurochemicals in the brain. The meeting uniquely brings together all the established research leaders, the young faculty, the aspiring post-doctoral fellows and PhD students for an intensive three and a half day period focused solely on innovation in bimolecular monitoring and state-of-the-art applications of neurochemical techniques ranging from studies conducted in single cells and animal models to those in humans.

Based on past meetings, we expect the Oxford meeting to have 200-300 registrants from the EU and worldwide, particularly the US.

The interests of sponsors have been built into the meeting from the early planning stages. We ensure that good access to trade booths is available during all refreshment breaks, lunch breaks and during the poster sessions. The meeting will be held within the state-of-the-art conference facilities of the Andrew Wiles Building of the Oxford Mathematical Institute. This building contains a large central atrium located between the lecture theatres, that is ideal for trade stands and exhibits placed at the heart of the meeting, between the two lecture halls, and next to the food service points and posters where scientists will present their work. All lunches and two dinners will be together as a group adding to atmosphere and allowing continuous access of sponsors to delegates. Company representatives are full members of the meeting and attend all functions giving you the best opportunity to establish new contacts and successfully build on existing links.

The trade show is available between 26th-28th March, however there is the ability to set up on the 25th March.

There are also opportunities to sponsor individual symposium sessions, or even our esteemed plenary sessions.
