All attendees (with the exception of Plenary Speakers) will need to book accommodation.

We are pleased that we have been able to reserve a large number and range of affordable rooms at one of the University’s colleges – St. Hugh’s College – to allow the majority of attendees to be housed and breakfasted together, consistent with the community spirit of the meeting!

St. Hugh’s is conveniently located just a short walk away from the meeting venue and from Oxford centre.

How to book

To book one of these rooms, please enter the dedicated promotion code KX29497 on this St. Hugh’s College booking site, before you select your dates. The promo code should then allow you to access reservations for the period March 24th to 28th inclusive. (If the website seems a little erratic with its calendar function, please persist!)

Please note –  rooms have been reserved for our sole booking only until the end of December.  After this date, rooms will be released to the public. Get booking!

Room rates

There are options for standard en-suite rooms as well as non-en-suite options, to cater for a range of budgets.  All rates include bed and breakfast.

  • Single ensuite bedrooms @ £75 per night
  • Single non ensuite bedrooms @ £55 per night
  • Single non ensuite budget bedrooms @ £40 per night

Please book early as accommodation quickly fills in Oxford. Rooms are offered on a first-come first-served basis. In the event that St Hugh’s becomes full, external websites such as http://www.universityrooms.com/en/city/oxford/home also offer rooms at other colleges across Oxford.

There are many other Bed and Breakfast or Hotel options but at higher rates.
