All attendees (with the exception of Plenary Speakers) will need to book their own accommodation. The meeting falls outside of the University term and so, with undergraduates absent from Oxford, we have been able to reserve a large number of affordable rooms at St. Hugh’s College. St. Hugh’s is conveniently located just a short walk away from the meeting venue and from Oxford centre. We are pleased that the majority of attendees should have the option to be housed and to breakfast together at a single college within Oxford, consistent with the community spirit of the meeting!
Please notes that rooms have been reserved for our sole booking using a promo code that is only valid until the end of December. After this date, rooms will be released to the public. Please also note that the rooms are offered on a first-come first-served basis. Get booking!
To book one of these rooms to suit, please visit this St. Hugh’s College booking site and use our dedicated promo code KX29497. This code will allow you to make bookings between March 24th and 28th inclusive.
We have pre-reserved standard en-suite as well as non-en-suite options, to cater for a range of budgets. All rates include bed and breakfast.
- Single ensuite bedrooms @ £75 per night
- Single non ensuite bedrooms @ £55 per night
- Single non ensuite budget bedrooms @ £40 per night
Please book early as accommodation quickly fills in Oxford.
In the event that St Hugh’s becomes full, external websites such as http://www.universityrooms.com/en/city/oxford/home also offer rooms at other colleges across Oxford.
There are many other Bed and Breakfast or Hotel options but at higher rates.
